In 1990, Vannoy & Associates, LLC created a roof consulting service to provide unbiased expertise dedicated to roofing and related construction. Until that time, many clients requested a service that would help them to understand why roofs performed so poorly, to determine whether to repair or replace roofs, and to evaluate the relative merits of all types of systems. Although material salesmen and contractors had some expertise, they also had a vested interest. Our firm is completely unaffiliated with any manufacturer or installer. Our sole interest is to provide our clients with optimal solutions that meet their needs regarding performance and economy. Each of our consultants and technicians has extensive experience with various roofing systems. We have professional membership in ASCE, RCI and CSI, we maintain a complete library and regularly attend national seminars.
